Non-negotiables which need to be reflected in every dimension of church life.

1. Biblically-Based - The Bible is our standard and its message becomes God's power when applied to life. We strive to understand it and practice it in all aspects of our lives. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; Mark 12:29-30; John 14:21)

2. Devotion - Devotion to Jesus and His cause is a natural progression of the Christian life. This includes the concept of pursuing holiness and committing one's life entirely to Jesus evidenced by stewardship, servant hood and attitude. (Matthew 6:33; Philippians 2:3-5; 2 Corinthians 7:1)

3. Genuine Character - Integrity and authenticity should characterize all we do. We believe that genuine character-building should be evident in a believer's life. (Ephesians 4:25-26, 32; Philippians 1:27; 1 Peter 4:2)

4. Excellence - The pursuit of excellence in all that we do honors God and motivates people to a higher level of commitment. This includes the concepts of passion, progress, personal evaluation and prayer. (Colossians 3:17; Malachi 1:13-14; Jeremiah 48:10)

5. Biblical Spirit-Led Teaching - Biblical, Spirit-led teaching is the primary catalyst for changing lives. (2 Timothy 2:16-17; James 1:25)

6. Caring Community - The fellowship of believers is to be a community of caring relationships nurtured in God's love. This includes principles of cooperation, compassion-motivated ministries and groups of people serving together. (1 Corinthians 13; John 13:34-35; Exodus 20:13)

7. Life Cells - Small groups are the best setting for encouraging spiritual growth and life-change in the believer. This incorporates the discipleship, transparency, and mutual accountability. (Luke 6:12-13; 2 Timothy 2:2; Philippians 4:9)

8. Every Member A Minister - God gives gifts and prepares every believer for ministry; and He expects every believer to serve Him. (1 Corinthians 12:27; Romans 12:4-6a; Joel 2:28-29; Acts 13:1)

9. Evangelism - God deeply loves lost people and therefore loving all lost people should be the focused priority of the fellowship. This includes the idea of friendship evangelism with patience and prayer. (Luke 5:30-32; Matthew 18:12-24)

10. Culturally Relevant - The church should remain culturally relevant while remaining doctrinally pure. The Good News of Jesus Christ must be applied to the contemporary culture. ( 1 Corinthians 9:19-22; 10:31; Colossians 3:17, 23; Colossians 4:5)

11. A Healing Station - Our fellowship is to be a catalyst for providing healing to a broken society. (John 17:20-21)

12. Learners and Leaders - Authentic followers of Christ are both learners and leaders. This includes a commitment to spiritual maturity and developing mentor relationships. (Hebrews 12:1; Titus 2:1-8)
