![]() Discipleship Training School of Leaders within the G12 Vision The School of Leaders is an integral part of the G12 vision. It is the 'disciple' part of the Ladder of Success, and runs in conjunction with the whole vision. Once a person is won for Christ and then consolidated through the pre-encounter, encounter and post-encounter and established in the Life Cell, the next place for him/her is the School of Leaders. The School of Leaders is the discipleship training that prepares the person for Life Cell leadership. The student graduates at the end of the course as a new Life Cell leader trained and ready for leadership. The main purpose of the School of Leaders is to produce Life Cell leaders within the church and to form the character of Christ in each student in order that they may reproduce it in others. School of Leaders in G12 Nets The Schools of Leaders is best run along the net lines. This means that all the students attending each School are part of a Life Cell and have a G12 mentor as their leader. This also means their progress can be easily and properly monitored. Course Detail The school consists of 3 levels of 10 weeks of lessons. Each week consists of a 2 hour session in which students are taught a lecture and a more practical seminar. The 3 levels are progressive and every student progresses from level one to level three. Level 1 Foundations in Christ: Builds a strong and meaningful foundation for your relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ as well as a foundation for Christian living. It includes the doctrines of the Bible as well as seminars on the family and courtship. After completing the teaching program on level one, a student progresses to level two. Completion is based on the condition that they have been faithful in attendance and assignments in the School and to their Life Cells and net meetings. Students are not accepted on level two without completion of level one. Level 2 Life Cell Ministry: Prepares and trains you in the fundamentals of leading a Life Cell as well as seminars on intercession, evangelism and service. Students should by this time be preparing themselves for Life Cell leadership. Towards the end of level 2 (or start of level 3) in preparation for Life Cell planting, students attend a re-encounter which helps them with the new challenges of Life Cell leadership. Level 3 Leadership Through the Government of 12: Imparts the essential leadership skills and anointing necessary to mentor leaders, multiply Life Cells and build groups of 12. There is then deeper instruction in the process of Consolidation, the role of Holy Spirit in our lives and ministry, and counseling. In order to successfully complete School of Leaders, each student must be leading their own Life Cell, also growing to 10 members. Student Commitment During the course each student does a weekly life application assignment in which they apply the teaching to their life or Life Cell. All students are expected to have excellent attendance and to be punctual at all times. These disciplines prepare them for the responsibility and practical duties of cell leading. The School of Leaders is to prepare efficient Life Cell leaders with the ability to win lives for Christ, who can continue to disciple new believers until they become successful leaders. It is a program of simple teaching, orientated to practical things, which motivates the students to learn themselves. The student gains practical experience through Life Cells. It is for those who have completed an Encounter and attended the Post Encounter teachings. The courses cover three primary areas of study and ministry activation. SCHOOL OF LEADERS SYLLABUS
